ive been dishwashing at the pearl in whiterock for a few months and in the beginning they mentioned i could be trained for apps. the kid whos doing it now said he dishwashed for about a year before he moved up, so i sort of expected the same thing. but my head chef amanda asked me today if i wanted to be trained to cook!!! im so excited, ill only be making salads and dessert and stuff. but still so cool plus ill be making more moneys :D
